Meet the hosts

Zoe & Hattie don’t just talk about recovery — they live it. Every story, every laugh, every pause between words is rooted in their own journeys through the mess and magic of rebuilding a life.

Meet Zoe clews

Zoe’s the one who will ask the question you didn’t think you were ready for and then sit with you in the silence after it.
A lifelong storyteller with a background in hypnotherapy, trauma recovery, and mental health advocacy, she has a gift for turning personal chaos into collective wisdom.

Her own recovery story isn’t a neat before-and-after. It’s a winding road through severe and complex trauma, partying burnout, and generational trauma. And it’s ongoing. That’s what makes her voice so compelling and so real, she’s not speaking from the finish line; she’s speaking from the middle of the race.

Zoë brings together her professional expertise as one of the UK’s leading hypnotherapists with the raw honesty of lived experience, holding space for conversations that are as courageous as they are compassionate.

Meet Hattie moll

Hattie brings the grounding energy to the conversation — the one who connects the dots, offers a reframe, and somehow makes you feel seen even when you don’t say much.

With years of experience in broadcast journalism and marketing and communications she approaches each episode like a heart-to-heart, not a teachable moment.

Her own path to recovery has included working with the experiences of C-PTSD, alcohol misuse, sexual abuse, toxic workplaces and being a late diagnosed AuDHDer and mother of ND boys, giving her a deep empathy for the many shapes healing can take. She’s proof that resilience isn’t about bouncing back fast — it’s about learning to live fully, even with the scars.

Why We Work

Zoe and Hattie aren’t just co-hosts — they’re co-conspirators in telling the truth. Where Zoe leans into raw storytelling, Hattie grounds it with insight. Where Hattie goes deep into reflection, Zoe lightens the moment with humor.

They share a belief that recovery isn’t a straight line — and that the best conversations happen when you’re willing to follow the tangents, laugh in the middle of a breakdown, and admit you don’t have all the answers.
